If the operator has already processed the recharge or bill payment, the transaction will be considered as successful for the number you entered, so we would be unable to cancel or refund your order.
We are unable to cancel or refund orders that have already been fulfilled or are irreversible, but if there is a legitimate problem with the fulfillment of your order then we will of course provide you with an option to refund it. If you incorrectly submitted certain transaction and/or recipient information, then please notify us immediately at help@oxigenusa.com and we will see if we can correct your order but please note that we are not responsible for refunding orders with incorrectly-submitted details. We do apply 10% of the transaction amount as a cancellation fee for failed transactions and cancelled payments.
