Here is a description of how to initiate a Money Transfer.
1. Visit Oxigen.com and log into your account.
2. Visit our Money Transfer page, enter the amount you want to transfer.
3. Enter your recipient's personal and bank information and click "Add to Cart".
4. In Cart Preview page, redeem FREE Rs 500 mobile recharge and then click to "Proceed to Payment".
5. For One-time verification process enter and submit your personal information.
6. For your bank account verification process your browser will open a new tab. There you will be required to select your bank and login to your bank account to complete your verification process.
7. Once you complete the bank account verification process you will be returned to the Oxigen.com tab on the Payment page.
8. Click "Pay Now" and you will be taken to the Confirmation page.
You should then receive an email confirmation that your transfer request has been received. You should also receive emails guiding you to where you are in the process and if any additional information is required by you. Please keep an eye out on your emails for this information, if you notice your transfer is taking longer than expected.
