If you have received an email from us in regards to the security of your account, this can be due to a few different factors.

You are more than likely going through the first time approval of a transaction and something about your transaction may have produced a red flag. This could be anything from a simple IP address conflict (Your IP address is reading from California, but you state that you made your purchase from New York.) or it could be related to your Card you are using for as a payment source and the fact that it does not match your name. There can be several other reasons as well and most times this will be explained when we request this additional information.

Because there is inherent risk with online purchases and when you are dealing with Money, we will need to make sure that you are who you say you are and that we can verify your identity.

We may ask for the following pieces of information:

     •  An image copy of your Government Issued ID that matches the name on the card that is being presented for payment.

     •  An image copy of the Card used for payment. (If you are concerned about security, you may mask the first 12 digits of the card number and the expiration date. We only require the last 4 digits and the Name on the Card to be visible.)

     •  The location you were at when you initiated this purchase, not your billing zip code, but where you physically were at. (Country, State and City)

     •  A valid telephone number of which we can reach you, should we need to.


We may require additional information, depending on the information that is provided.
