Money transfer time frames are as follows:


  1. New Customers: 3 business days if sent before 4pm ET and 4 business days if sent after 4pm ET.
  2. Repeat Customers: after a customer does 2-3 transactions, he/she will experience faster processing times, usually within 1 business day. If sending from the same bank account in US to the same bank account in India, transfers can be completed within hours.


Please note that most delays result from instances where some additional information is required from customers, so please keep an eye out for emails or phone calls requesting additional information as may be required by law.
